You know, the problem with this particular topic is that i just can't pick one side.
As mentioned earlier, i love my meats as much as i do my veggies.
So i guess, we should be eating both in equal ,or at least close to equal measure.
It'll probably do the world a whole lot of good, what with cosmic balances and all seemingly coming into play where matters of our earth are concerned. (Think Yin and Yang).
Of course, one thing that would surely upset this so called balance, would be, cannibalism.
Sure, as far as population control goes, it a pretty effective and and pragmatic (think meat) means of doing so.
But it seems like the not so recent invasion of Iraq is taking care of the worlds population just fine.
Sure, some may argue that meat is meat, no matter its source.
But given the implications of cannibalism, both morally and especially legally, refraining from doing so would be in everyones interest.
And honestly, given our tendencies to relate such "exotic" meat to more conventional ones, I don't see the point anyway.
For example, if someone had been given some snake meat to try, they inadvertently would relate the taste of the meat to something more conventional, like chicken.
So if all this meat, even human, ends up tasting like chicken, why in gods name would we even want to eat anything else if we can just have the original?!
Bottomline, just stick to chicken. It'll probably taste like everything else anyway. (But don't forsake your greens!)
And as for *cough*cough* SALT & PEPPER *ahem...*, lets just say its an acquired taste, and a taste i hope no one would acquire.
Trust me, you wouldn't want to.

Aahh.. the blog is up and running .
What a relief .
My partner in this endeavor, has finally found the time to do his part.
I shall repay in kind.
Never mind about that .
There are more important issues at hand here.
If you had bothered to read the post before this which my friend had been so kind to contribute, you would know what issue we're dealing with here.
The issue of the meat eaters and the vegans .
Well, since the time of the DINOSAURS(sorry, inside joke), living beings(even plants to some extent) have been classified as herbivores and carnivores.
Hey wait a minute, if plants were herbivores, they would be cannibals.
If they were cannibals, wouldn't that make them carnivores ?
Alright, enough about that.
But evolution created each species differently and we evolved basically, based on what we consumed.
Meat(God's greatest creation), from animals(and at times obtained from other sources, sources which are.. ah how do i put this?.... sources which are more .. human)(SALT AND PEPPER.. ah another inside joke).
Yes basically we were given teeth adapted to what we were meant(predestined) to chew upon and then absorb into our digestive systems(and eventually excrete as fecal matter, you would know all about that now, wouldn't you ?).
And let me tell you this, men(and women.. don't want to be sexist here.. i love women by the way) were NOT predestined to spend their lives chewing on leaves and other things of the sort.
It is not just me telling you this, but the way our teeth have evolved and that (uncontrollable) urge to consume the flesh of other(sometimes our own) species.
Tell me vegans, living on a diet of plant matter aren't you at the least bit tempted to eat meat?
But why don't you do so ?
You would give me a long(pointless) lecture on saving the animals blah, blah, blah .
But then i ask you(as did my friend) what about the plants ?
By devouring vegetative matter aren't you bloody killing the plants ?
And contributing to global warming while you're at it.(lesser plants -> lesser photosynthesis -> lesser absorption of carbon dioxide -> increase of greenhouse gases -> depletion of ozone layer -> BINGO! Global warming)
It may seem to you that this topic has been discussed by me purely to appear intelligent(i have no need for this) or merely for comic effect.
But ask yourselves, do i not have a point ?
Some of you are being vegetarians for the solely narcissist purpose of feeling a sense of fulfillment or a sense that you are helping the environment in some way or even use being vegan as a ruse to diet and lose weight or something.
But are you really helping the environment ?
Go figure.

Alright, finally, an update.
Don't blame me, its been a hectic time.
But I finally have some time now, so there.
Well, anyway, i saw something recently which caught my attention.
It was a sticker on a car which read "Save the animals. Go vegetarian."
Alright, now i'm not a big fan of going vegetarian, although i do recognise its merits.
Thats why i love to eat my veggies as much as i do my meat.
But thats not the point.
The point is, with these vegetarians lobbying for us to save the animals, who then is gonna save the plants?
Has anyone even given this some thought?
I mean, when you think about it, plants are technically, still life.
And whether you're a carnivore or herbivore, you're still destroying life.
So if there are any vegans out there who want to take the moral high ground on this, i say, zip it.
Sure, there may be no blood, so cleaning up is much easier, but its still death.
And honestly, who would want a cheeseburger if there was literally only cheese in it?!
I'm not saying that being vegtarian is necessarily bad, but when there is meat, it just becomes all the more harder to want to be vegetarian.
Bottomline is, eat what you want, as long as it aint' humans. (This topic is for another time)
But do spare a thought for the plants, and not just for the animals.

it is one of the main topics this blog was set up to comment on ...
we believe that this world is bloody screwed up in many aspects ...
and im not gonna list them down now as i am facing a serious time shortage ...
so yeah, this world is filled with nonsense ...
and oh yeah i have incorporated(what a nice word) a tagbox into this blog so u can give ur opinions and comment on whatever we say ...
furthermore, if you have any topics you'd like us to discuss or any questions u want answered, u can say it in the tagbox as well ...
and we will gladly oblige and do the necessary ...
so this is where i leave you ....

ill start off with the first post for this blog ...
this blog is the brainchild of two people who are dedicated to answering many of life's unanswered questions ....
we may not exactly answer these questions but ....
ah who cares anyway ?.....
we will be posting almost anything and everything ....
you may find certain things useful .. or maybe not ....
but i assure you , this blog is not for those who cannot perceive the hidden meanings behind the subtler things in life ...
or for those who don't understand my last statement ...
you have been warned ...
for now ...
this is Chris ....
full stop.
